1. Share a major challenge you have overcome or an area that you have made growth in throughout the year in Math/Science (this can relate to specific content, participation in class, organization, staying on task, contributing in group work, finishing a project requirement, critically thinking, etc)
A challenge that I have overcame this semester was participating as a whole class, revising my work before I turn it in, asking my peers and teachers for help, and coming out of my “shell”.
2. Describe one praiseworthy product from Math/Science that you created this semester and the evidence you will use to show this on your DP (this can be a finished final product, an assessment, showing the process of your work, or evidence of any learning you have done over the semester)
A product that I created this semester that I considered praiseworthy, was the final draft telescope drawing. This product was for the astronomy project we did.

This photo was taken using a DSLR camera. We took a camera, put an attachment on that would make it stick to a telescope, and here is what we came out with.
3. Describe one thing that you learned this semester in Math/Science that really got you thinking and why.
Something I learned this semester in math/science, was that an image always has some sort of light, no matter how dark, or bright. This got me thinking that an image like a tree at night probably has less light than it would have in the day.
4. Explain your goal(s) for next semester in Math/Science and how you plan to achieve this goal(s).
My goal for the next semester in Math/Science is to keep doing what I am doing, and try new things, like helping my tablemates and peers more often. I will achieve this by paying even more attention to what is being taught. I will achieve participating as a whole class, and revising my work by leaving some physical notes on my phone, or in my binder, and some mental notes.
